beginning it was tiny Chameau in silverlake on hyperion
avenue. The restaurant was opened three days a week
on weekends for dinner only, along with being BYOB.
Then three years later a site for the new restaurant
was found in a long established deli shop on the busy
Fairfax avenue. We brought in fine wines and a high end Neuvo Morrocan menu.
Now after 10 years chameau restaurant has transformed into delibar - delibar still has roots in the Moroccan fair of chameau but now offers you to customize your own sandwiches, along with salads and side dishes to eat in or to take home - we still have our famous harissa sauce, eggplant dip, marinated olives and couscous salad.
Our newly renovated fairfax location seats 60 along with some outside seating where you can enjoyed a carafe of spiced sangria or a mint tea! In addition nearly all of the delicious items are priced under $10 to help easy the burden on your wallet! Delibar is open 7 days a week at 11am hope to see you soon!
