Chameau’s cooking roots are Moroccan and southern france. These two regions
are linked historically. Our cuisine is a robust
and exotic style with emphasis on fresh natural
and seasonal foods with a menu that changes
every three months. The chameau kitchen gives
authenticity and depth to the food by making
all our breads, handmade fresh couscous from
semolina, our fresh yogurt, creams and vinegars.
Along with the importance of purchasing good
quality organic and natural meat and produce
with the need to explore new and exciting flavors,
colors and textures on the diner’s plate.
For patrons interested in taking some of the
tastes of Chameau home with them, we also sell
our marinated olives, harissa sauce, preserved
lemon dip, eggplant dip and argan oil.
